My name is Michael, and I am a data analyst whose background is in the industrial field in various industries. I currently work in the municipal water treatment field, but I previously worked in power generation and industrial maintenance management. I'm located in Los Angeles, CA and able to work on-site or remote.

SQL
I have created projects in SQL using T-SQL in an Azure hosted SQL database I set up online. I was able to query the database using Azure Data Studio and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Additionally, I earned the Associated Data Analyst Certificate at Datacamp.
Data Visualization
Using publicly available datasets I have created visualizations on my Tableau Public page. One of my favorite kinds of data to work with is baseball data detailing pitching stats, batting stats, and defensive stats.
Excel
In my past experience as a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler I used Excel for everything. I created weekly schedules, spare part inventories, and daily/weekly/quarterly maintenance data reports. Each of my job experiences has used Excel as a daily log of equipment conditions.
Domain Knowledge
My work experience in groundwater treatment, power generation, industrial maintenance, food manufacturing, and the maritime industry will be especially useful to companies in those spaces.
